Project Details
KanHan Tech provides a tailor-made telephony solution to the Hospital Authority (HA). The solution aims to build the HanPHONE IVR system with real-time access to the eHR system. The integrated system consists of two production servers and each of them is connected with 100 telephone lines to handle the huge amount of incoming and outcoming calls.
Other than system setup and implementation, KanHan alos offers training to the HA staff on how to effectively establish call flows for the system, acquire and deliver accurate and instant information to enquiry calls.
